Return PolicyAll items will be returned with the customer prepaying the freight. There will be a 10% restocking fee.
Backorder PolicyWhen an item is not in stock you will be notified as to your options: substitute, cancel, or wait for the item to become available again(you will be given a time frame).
Shipping PolicyWe ship UPS within one week, usually 2-3 days when in stock.
Damaged Goods PolicyWe pack your orders with great care. Damages, lost or shorted shipments are the responsibility of the motor carrier. Check each shipment for damage or shortage before signing the freight bill. Damage or shortage should be noted on the freight bill or delivery receipt. If concealed damage is found, notify the carrier to verify your claim. Valid claims for damage must be reported within (10) days from the receipt of shipment. Failure to report damage or shortage is the customer's responsibility. Please contact us if you need help with the claim.
